The New Jersey Department of Agriculture and the New Jersey Restaurant Association have partnered to inform patrons of New Jersey restaurants that the Garden State's bounty is being served in an establishment. Signs have been distributed to restaurants throughout the state that proclaim, "This Restaurant is Proud to Serve New Jersey Produced & Harvested Products When in Season." When a consumer sees this sign, they know they are getting the highest quality food, the freshest taste experience, and are supporting our Garden State farmers
and fishermen.
If you don't see the sign, ask your restaurant manager for Jersey Fresh and Jersey Seafood.
